I had to go in and order my glasses 2x as they lost my information. My glasses came in and they have a yellow tinge instead of clear and they said their not sure when they are able to get clear unless I order RayBrands. Went home and my other pair of glasses (sun) don’t fit! Their lopsided and sliding down my face. Horrible customer service and not well trained staff.
Pearl Vision at Market Mall in Calgary, Alberta has horrible customer service! The people that work there are very unfriendly,rude and do not deal with things on a timely manner. Customers definitely does not come first! I certainly do not recommend them.
