    Big disappointment!

    Dr Groot's precision with the laser is poor. I am not happy with how my face looks since he performed the laser surgery. When I questioned him about it, he was arrogant, patronizing, condescending and dismissive. Do the research and get a 2nd or 3rd opinion before seeking Dr Groot for any procedures.

    Epic fail!!

    I don't recommend Dr. Don Groot if you're looking to get laser surgery. I went to see him expecting good results, especially with his caliber and background, but what I got were poor results. I'm not happy with how my face looks now since he performed the procedures. I've never experienced such incompetence and arrogance from a doctor when I asked him for an explanation.
