Dr Michael Hopper

My first impression of this establishment was the receptionist phoning me and lying about my appointment time. The office opens at 8:45am. I arrived a bit early, at 8:52am, to complete paperwork and the door was locked and the closed sign on the door. I knocked on the window to get the receptionists attention, a dog followed her and persistently barked aggressively at me, while the receptionist repeatedly tried to kick the dog back.
