I am leaving an anonymous review after my lack of trust with this branch. I phoned branch at 9.30 am hoping to catch them in a quite moment, I needed help and the manager directed me to go online and i don't have access to technology as I am a senior. The manager Rajan was so rude , his tone was short and impatient. I asked him to pass the phone to someone else who can help and and he hung up the phone on me. I was so disappointed as I thought AMC is a reputable company.
Gurvinder brought us in the last few minutes to help us transfer our ICBC title; he stayed behind and did not refuse us. Thank you for giving us a hand last night!
