Chevrier Asphalt

I signed a contract with the owner to pave my Driveway. We mutually decided to cancel the contract and he promised me in writing to give me back my $957.67 deposit. The owner wrote me in an Email that the cheque is in the mail. Obviously he was not telling the truth right at that time. After weeks of waiting and communicating with him, he finally wrote me that deposits are not refundable. In a very similar case, The owner took a deposit from a senior, did not do the work and kept the deposit.

We had Pierre and his crew pave our driveway in Kanata and they were very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Chevrier Asphalt ...

Chevrier Asphalt did our interlock in November 2015. The height of the pathway is too high on both side. The step on the driveway side is 10 inches high and the step on the stair in 3 inches. All the patway is too high. Most people have problem and risk of tripping. We contacted many time Pierre at Chevrier asphalt and did not want to repair the mistake,Instead he suggested an additional 3,000$ to fix the stair that will match.
