Would give them 0 stars if I could. Purchased replacement bulbs for $500. A week later they go on sale for $400 and they refuse to refund the difference back to my credit card. They are telling me to purchase at the sale price and then return the original order once the store opens. Lacking customer service is an understatement!

Recently purchased a new pool pump for my intex pool. Was told that it would be compatible and if not I could return it. The connections did not fit, I struggled to get them off which caused damage to the connections. I returned the product to the store. They would not give a refund as they claim I was at fault since the connections that were suppose to fit didn't, and I damaged the product from excessive force. Yes, force was done to remove the hoses from the connection. I am not at 350.00!
I felt the same as skyler 77 in that the staff knew their stuff..what is extremely frustrating & disappointing is that they don't stand behind their product. I have been trying since April to get resolution to a hot tub cover that came with hole in it & the poor workmanship over all...I will be there next April to let others know before they spend $600 to find out like I did...cp
