Poor management is the real problem with this Mario's. It doesn't come close to the quality of food or service that we've experienced at other locations. Poor value for your dollar, terrible food, and inexperienced staff. Don't waste your money going here.

East side marios is the most appalling restaurant I've ever been to

My husband, old time friend and I decided to go to East Side Mario's for dinner. The line up was extremly long had to wait 30 minutes for one of the staffs to clean an empty table. That did not bother us so much, as we we're eating our meals one of the managers went to the table beside us asking how thier meals were, not much later he started laughing very loudly awoke a baby behind us and he farted on me and my food. I was mortified! So mortified I had to leave. The manager came up to my husband and continued to laugh to the point it was uncomfortable, he told the manager that wasnt right and that he could have the very least apologized but he walked off and didn't say anything. I have never in my life been so embarrassed. I wouldn't recommend anyone ever going there.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was quite impressed with the service. The restaurant was busy on a Thursday night and my large party of 15, with no reservation, was treated with respect and the hostess was very friendly. She was honest with us about the problem of the party size and the time constraint was estimated at 1 hour. The table only took half of the time to get prepared and our server, very nice girl, was efficient and a treat. The food was delicious, as always at these restaurants, and the price was right. Best service that I have had in years and I will now be a regular customer at this location, as it blew the others out of the water! Thoroughly impressed.

Husband asked for more sauce cause his pasta was dry and the waitress told us there would be a extra charge. The kids grilled cheese meal was way overpriced.
