    Worst service anywhere. I called while they were open overnight 3 times in 3 hours they never answered the phone. When I came in at 5:30 I wanted order a wrap but there was only one guy at the drive through window and he didn't even acknowledge I was there until I said hello. And then while I was waiting another guy wandered around in the back, made eye contact through the door and then turned around and disappeared until the drive through employee had to go get him. Rude, slow and awful.

    early morning, poor service, mistake on a simple one coffee order, attitude when requesting order correction, found something on bottom of coffee cup- never to go back

    Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Read more
