    These guys are an unorganized mess, do not use them. My boss added me as a primary contact for his house security system. The client has asked them to remove my number and i have told them the same dozens of times. I haven't been the primary contact for 5 years now and they still call me multiple times of day and night.

    One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. Royal is very knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Royal to other companies. Dave Read more
