Most windows replaced in my house in 2013. Installation great. Last Aug noticed seal broken on 1. Contacted in Aug, Sept & Oct by phone, email & instore. Despite promises, nothing done. Black mold growing in most now, contacted them today. Said they sent email Dec 14 to manuf, 0 to me. Really bad followup service. Best advice - go elsewhere
