    They almost never get the orders right! Today I tried to place my order on the App and they still missed it up not completely giving me the order even though I asked if everything is there as they put everything on top of each other in one bag :-( I had to walk in again to collect the missing items from my order and their store manager put all three donuts in one bag ? I am very disappointed as this Tom Hortons is 2 minutes from my residence but they have a horrible service...

    Location is supposed to be open 24 hrs. yet doors are locked until 5am even though staff is there and often smoking out back while customers wait to get in. Drive through is almost always closed. Coffee seems watered down. Servers are rude .... Sent an email to Tims to advise them and they responded by telling me to contact the store manager????? Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.

    This one and the one on watters. Ive never seen a Tim Horton run out of Ice coffee so much. Its a waste of time and gas going here. If you dont feel lucky, avoid it.

    I go to this Tim Hortons at least 4 times a week. They are always out of stock of menu items. Orders are often wrong. Today I ordered 2 farmers breakfast wrap combos with coffees and hash browns. When I got to the window I was told that they didn't have enough hash browns for the sides but did have them for the wraps. I said okay just the wraps.No offer for making up for their error. I get home and only one wrap had a hash brown in it. They lied and took my money. Will not return.

    I am so disappoin...

    I am so disappointed in the service at Innes and Trim. Thursday, standing in line with 4 other customers and the gentleman in behind the counter was washing the floor, then served us after 10 minutes also noted he did not even was his hands. Today 3 people servicing the drive thro two other talking while 6 of us waited to be served 2 cashes and one clerk....Most people at 8 in the morning are in a rush to get to work....I wonder way 5 people walked out today. I went to McDonadls...really

    2020 Trim Rd.I ordered a Chili Combo but I was charged per item.I asked the girl serving me more than 7 times what was the price for the combo but she never wanted to answer. She kept saying the computer recognized the combo order. I end up having to pay for each items seperately with made it more expensive. I took a boston cream donut and it wasn't fresh, I exchanged it for a sour cream glaze and again it was hard (not fresh) I would definitely NOT recommend that Tim Horton!!

    Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Read more
