Poor service and overpriced. They damaged my asphalt with their equipment, leaving a deep line, and refused to take responsibility. Despite being a long-time customer, they gave a flimsy excuse blaming a stone. I had to pay for repairs myself, and the damage is still visible. I definitely don't recommend their services.
We do not recommend Capital Services 613 599 4392 for landscaping interlock services. We obtained a quote from them Dec 2021 for work to begin Spring 2022. Received a written quote which was agreed upon. In April 2022 we were given several assurances that our job would start end of April. April came and went and in June we had to contact Capital only to be abruptly informed via text that our job was canceled because the contractor under estimated the work and that his boss had other jobs

Very dissatisfied with lawn services, they are leaving space messy and dirty, grass on my white fence and a lot of rotted grass from both sides of the fence.
I hired this company and missed my driveway every single time it snowed !!! The customer service is poor at best, everyone was rude, refused explanation and did nothing to resolve the Issue. on the biggest snow fall of the season they did not plow anyone on my entire street . The quality of service is also poor, I had to walk in deep snow to get into my car . Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with! If I pay for a service I expect them to come without having to call and argue !
