Excellent service and very accommodating. Waiting period for parts was not their fault, but once received, repairs were quick with no trips to return to get any issues resolved!

Terrible experience. They work for the insurance company, not for the customer. It took 38 days to complete repairs (mild damage) that with they told me would to take 6 days. Also had issues with the vehicle that had to be repaired when the repairs were complete.

Previous owner had an excellent business here. Now my car had went back 4 times because of their mistakes. Talked to others who had their vehicle sent over at Imperial and they were just as unhappy as I was.

Excellent Service

I had an excellent experience with imperial. I have been there twice in a matter of a couple months. They treated me very well, and service was excellent. They want out of their way to help me. I would definitely suggest them to anyone and everyone.
