J’essaie de faire une soupe aux pois mais mes pois sont toujours durs, 2 heures de trempage, 5 h, de mijoteuse et ils sont toujours durs????????SVP AIDEZ-MOI

Je trouve que cette compagnie offre de beaux produits de base abordables et dont la provenance est, quand c'est possible, le Canada (couscous, boulghour, orges, légumineuses etc). Ses dattes iraniennes (puisqu'on ne peut pas en faire pousser ici) sont un vrai délice!

We have never dealt with such an unprofessional company such as this one. We placed an big order with 3 different sales reps and they kept loosing our orders. When I tried to call head office to get assistance from their Sales Director Mr. Antoine, he didn't even have the decency to return my calls after repeated attempts. The answer from his receptionist is that he's too busy to call back. I can't believe this company is owned by Metro.

These falafel were very flavourful, and that's why I don't understand the necessity for so much salt in the mix. Because of the extreme saltiness, it was difficult to eat. One quarter of the daily allowance is extremely excessive and very much contrary to good health. I'm surprised that Groupe Phoenicia hasn't yet discovered this fact. Unfortunately I will have to dispense with the convenience of a mix and make my own from scratch. Pity...
