Hey Guys Am Elvis and a tenant of Norwood Village Apartments . This is my 3rd year as a tenant and I must say , Norwood Village is the definition and representation of Canada as a whole and who we are as Canadian with Multiplicity of different races and cultural backgrounds of people living at Norwood Village .
It is a family Oriented Apartments , even with Kids it is very quiet and brings lots of Sanity and quietness for working class folks in the building . Never heard about stealing here .

I have lived at Sunset Valley Apartments for the past 4 years. I have lived at other rental properties and living here has been by far the best experience with renting. This can be attributed to the Residential Property Managers, they really care about their tenants. The building is always kept very clean, sidewalks are always cleared of snow & ice, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. I love my apartment. I am very happy to call this my home.

i called the 24/7 customer service because my heater was not working and the whole unit is freezing they send a guy in my unit and that guy look like a chinise he said he fix the furnace but when i woke up in the morning the whole unit was freezing again that guy didnt fix the furnace properly i called again to request maintenance and they send a guy name Rico and thanks to him he was able to fix our furnace properly . thanks Rico

24/7 customer service, cleaner, maintenance and security is very helpful and accessible at any time. Resident Managers are also very responsive and takes immediate actions. Great location, and very quite structure. Parkades could use more attention though but content so far.

I believe some of these reviews may be previous tenants that may have been evicted for a number of different reasons (drug use, non payment of rent, etc), or are just plain haters. I do also believe tho, some negative reviews may be legitimate tenants that have had issues that took time to fix. I have been living in this building for a few years now. It has really taken a turn for the better with the new management in place. Suites are being updated and the building is kept very clean. The construction across the way is almost complete so the noise is not as bothersome. The hallways could use some updating but the suites are being renovated. Management goes above and beyond the job description making sure our building is a great place to call home. If the building had a serious bedbug problem I am not sure why anyone would have been a long term renter. Sounds like someone might be disgruntled. It has been 3 years for me and am quite content with this building and neighbourhood.
