Finally got to the Empire today. Cappuccino was really good but the iced tea was absolutely exceptional!! We had the spicy calabrese and the grilled chicken sandwiches. Calabrese was generous; filled with quality meats, pickled eggplant adding some extra pizazz. The grilled chicken was tender, juicy; really beautifully cooked. I’ll be back to try their dinner menu. Looks enticing. Chef Rob, thanks for a great lunch!

This place is incredible! We happened to come across it as we were driving down Dundas Street West in Mississauga. When we walked in, we noticed that not only is it a cafe, it is also a bakery. We were greeted immediately by a kind young woman by the name of Adriana. She asked us if this was our first time at Artisano and we said yes. She then said that we can help ourselves to a free loaf of bread since it was our first time, such a kind offer! We then ordered and received our food within ten minutes, great service! The food was great, it tasted fresh and moist. I am Italian and I know how lasagna should taste, and their lasagna definitely comes very close to the real thing. They also offer free Wi-Fi and entertainment on the patio in the summer. I would definitely come back here for lunch, dinner, or even a coffee!
