I lived in Newmarket many many years ago and was introduced to these wonderful treats from Simply sweet. The shortbread cookies are absolutely delightful. I would drive over an hour to get some once I moved.
I am now a herbivore and can no longer enjoy these amazing baked goods but I definitely think about them often.
If you ever wanted to do a vegan version I would be a lifetime customer ?
