Fantastic food, great service. Our waitress was perfect. We took a while to decide, and she gave us space and more than enough time, yet she was right there when we were ready. As a vegetarian, I am picky about my tofu. I've had tofu too mushy, tofu too firm, uncooked, overcooked, under-seasoned, over-seasoned, etc, etc. This is so NOT the case at the Lucky 7! They fry up a mean tofu and veggies and the consistency of the tofu in the tofu soup is soft without being mushy. The flavours of these two dishes have become a comfort food to me. All homemade food using fresh ingredients. I loved that the sauces (especially the sweet and sour) are not commercially made. Also, loved that the vegetables were crisp. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. My family of 4 went with our friends (family of 3) and they allowed us to rearrange the tables so we could all sit together. We have 2 growing teenage boys and dont typically have much leftovers but left here with 2 very full takeout containers from the dinner for 4. Will be back Read more

I had the spicy sezchuan noodle bowl with beef and handmade noodles (D9). The noodles were chewy and delicious. The broth was flavourful. There was a good amount of tender pieces of beef in it. It is a hole in the wall and everything is served on disposable plates. But OMG! NOM, NOM, NOM. The food was good and reasonably priced. (And really, aren't the best places holes in the wall?)
