I've been going to these guys for, oh... I'd say over 8 years. They used to be in a small booth in the aisle in the same location, but have a slightly larger space now in a regular unit on the 2nd floor of Pacific Mall. I don’t write reviews but I had to for this place because the service I got was outstanding. The guy working there (Garry) really helped me out. He was surprisingly very patient with me even though I kept asking him to explain stuff and repeat things for me because I have short memory and very little attention span. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me.
