I purchased two new windshields from Glassmasters and neither of them lasted a month. My car chipped at least five times the first month and the first rock to hit my girlfriends windshield chipped and immediately cracked. After talking to a friend she told me her windshield cracked after a week and they wouldn’t replace it (same location). Friendly staff but poor customer service in my opinion. I feel like I just wasted $400 on the cracked windshield
I had my windshield replaced in aug. They came to my house to replace it. I noticed the next day that my dashboard got damaged while they replaced it. It is dented right near where the dashboard and windsheild meet. The next day I drove to the location in centre street and showed the manager Scott. He admitted that they were at fault and would take care of it. I have talked to 3 different people. They said they would take care of it. It's been months and nothing
Unbelievably disappointed with my experience here! A 2 hour repair turned into 4 days without my vehicle. The staff didn't seem to care about all my time that was wasted. To top it all off they did a lousy job of cleaning up the broken glass before replacing with the new glass and now my hatchback rattles broken glass back and forth when it opens and closes. If I could give 0 stars I would!
Appreciate GlassMasters, have tried some of the other guys, but was sold on this company's customer experience and how easy they made it for me to get done what I needed done. Super easy to get a quote and super fast to get in and out. Can't ask for more. Recommended. Will be back if I ever need to.
