I have dealt with one other place and they were fantastic! This place, however, has a young long dark hair girl who is pretty full of herself. You can barely hear her, even after you have asked her to speak up... she does not read enough on her screen to see what is actually happening and is VERY reluctant in answering your questions, etc. I will not be going there again (have been there 3 times now).
