Usually really good. Not this time. Left 2 separate emails about a month apart on their site for filters for my turtle. Third email was sent yesterday. Finally got a response. Wanted me to prove dates I sent emails. Told them it wasn’t through my email as I left my requests on their website. Got a response that sometimes emails get lost and they can’t track their own email system once they get sent to the different departments. Response wasn’t what I looking for. Poor business.
This is a really cool pet palace! There are food dishes, beds, supplies and equipment for every pet possible. I have a rabbit and was able to find many things there that I couldn't find elsewhere. Outside of the typical brands like Hagen, they have others as well. Awesome if you're looking for something special! The location, though, is a little far ways out for anyone living in the south side of the city.
