I had an issue with a shipment that was sent from the UPS store #31 Cgy.The issue was not due to this team (was the delivery team in Mtl) but I had to go through this store for resolution since it started there. It was wonderful working w Akshay, the Manager. He took the time to tell me what I needed to do & ensured he followed it through with me from beginning to end. He provided great customer service. This location provides service above and beyond what is expected. My go to location for UPS shipping. We are high a volume shipper and this store repeatedly does a great job.
