Terrible company. They get notifications on there equipment that fails, but they do nothing to resolve it, yet expect payment for a service that truly doesnt work!
Additionally, there cameras dont work, nothing happens. No service. The cameras they bought from best buy and charge me, far far too much for dont work. Which is the main reason I went with them. Great contract.
My door sensors fails constantly, send me pages of notifications that its failing on my email yet they dont do a thing
Very unhappy with their services! We recently moved and were told they can transfer our equipment. They sent some sketched out guy to un-install our equipment in our old home and sure enough he showed up to our new home and only installed 50% of the equipment and took off with everything else. We are going on day 31 without the rest our equipment. And we have been calling the Fluent offices twice a week with the promise of a call back to resolve the issue for over 4 weeks now with no answers.
Would not recommend using fluent. Have tried to cancel subscription due to financial issues related to downturn in oilfield now they want to take me to a collection agency to add to the already ongoing issues that the economy has already thrown at me. Make sure you read the fine print in your contract if they present one to you. They did not reveal to my wife when she electronically signed on the dotted line to initiate the instalment of the security system that she was signing a 5 year contract
