The installer, Jeremy, was very open and honest and answered all of my questions. Every time I interact with my system the staff on the other end are friendly and courteous.
We had a technician named Daniel come to our home for a service call and he was amazing! Extremely friendly and helpful and fixed all of our problems! His customer service was outstanding. We would highly recommend him!

We recently changed our home system over to Liberty and right from the start they handled every step professionally. Brad our representative was very knowledgeable, he presented us with several options and answered all of our questions ensuring that the system suited our needs. We did have a hiccup when in error they processed our payment incorrectly but when we contacted the office (after hours, on a weekend and still had a live representative) they were quick to rectify the situation.
