Had appointment to get my tires that I already own installed. My car manufacturer recommends 225r50. I have been running R45 tires for two years and they work fine... just a tiny but smaller around (so slightly lowers the car). The R45 tires Ive been driving on were sold and installed on this car professionally before.
Desk guy said they wouldnt install my tires because not r50. Hes wrong: if all same diameter then its perfectly safe. The guy has zero education... spreading misinformation.

Refused to take responsibility
Didn’t add enough oil for the oil change
Tried to charge me Twice for the ‘extra oil’
Didn’t do the 41 point inspection
Left my washer fluid bone dry
They tried to refuse returning my keys
The Service Manager Couldn’t care less
He tried telling me none of this could be true because his mechanics don’t ever make mistakes or forget things, and that it somehow must by MY fault.
I bought a Reebok hockey stick from here and it broke quite easily first time using it. I have used this exact stick before with no issues, so I know that this one was simply a manufacturer defect. When I attempted to exchange it for a new stick. They would not accommodate my request. I feel this was a missed opportunity for them to excel in customer service, instead it just left a sour taste in my mouth. Just thought I'd share my experience so that others would know that this specific CT store doesn't seem to stand behind their product.
