We tried to contact Berdan Paving Ltd multiple times for quotes with little luck, not returned messages, or emails. As a local business we too wanted to support a local business. we continued trying to contact and was finally able to speak with a person. A time was booked for the estimator to come out. The estimator never did show up with zero communication from Berdan. Messages are going un answered again.
In the fall of 2011, Berdan Paving prepared and completed a raised above-grade parking space alongside our carport / garage, in a space from which I had just removed a tree. The space was used successfully over the winter, and in the summer of 2012, we asked them to come back and pave the space.
Pricing was excellent - we ended up paving not only the new space, but the main driveway as well. Berdan Paving coordinated with the municipal engineering office, as well as helping to verify the location of lot lines to ensure that there would be no encroachment issues with our neighbours.
The crew was excellent - hard working and polite. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. A year later and the driveway still looks brand new. Top marks!
