I have been a regular customer at this store for many years with no complaints. However, one rather ignorant employee has made me change the location of where I now get my subs. I was having a hard time ordering online for pickup. I called the store to order and pay by cc which I had done before. He very rudely told me I could not do that. When I tried to explain to him that I had done it before he hung up on me. Well they have just lost a loyal customer
