As with the previous person, I also had very poor customer service experience with the convertible top installation on my Porsche, poor installation issues, scratches on window trim because the workers did not tape up the trim or the tools. Blames the $700 "cheap" product (I bought), and refused to reimburse me nearly $300 for New Image Interiors shop in Scarborough to rectify the problems. Owner Lou also cursed and swore profanities at me when I was 100% polite. DO NOT go there!!!!
horrible service, owner was rude and thinks we owe him our money. would for sure recommend speedy glass or other shops more professionals that treat people in a professional manner!
