These people let their supply of any particular drug run out before reordering. They know full well when prescriptions will be renewed as they are tracked by the computer. Its like they live in LaLa land.
They advertise as 24 Hr and they are not.
Filling prescriptions here is a terrible and frustrating task. The wait is atrocious, the staff barely look at you and makes you feel ridiculous for the questions you might need to ask. Picking up a prescription is no better. Today this woman fully put away little things while avoiding eye contact, 5 minutes later she acknowledged me at last. When I asked about the status of my other prescription, she told me to go in the drop off line that was 5 people deep and left me...
Never I repeat NEVER use the pharmacy at this store. I have never had a worse experience in my life trying to fill a prescription. From the first lady I dealt with ignoring me completely and moving on to someone else, to the 15 minutes I waited to realize I had to go ask the people when my prescription was filled, this experience rates a 10/10 on the pitiful scale. Had I not been in excruciating pain I would have taken my prescription elsewhere, frankly I felt sick to my stomach giving these rude, inconsiderate people my money. I sincerely hope this review will help deter people from using this establishment, it truly is a joke.
