Abris Snogone

J attend ma toile. On a installé le frame en octobre. Déjà 10 décembre demain et impossible de rejoindre par téléphone. En colère! Snogone...Clientgone!

waiting for the tempo to be installed since november as the contract says, they told me it was gonna be installed by the of november now its December and still nothing, really hard to get in touch with them, the excuse they gave me is that they are behind weeks cause of the weather!!! and still not giving me a date of installation, this is my first year with them and totally the last one, horrible service horrible company.

Ca fais 5 ans de fais affaire avec eux jamais eu de probleme sauf depuis 2 ans .... ont reste sur le frame du tempo ben ben longtemp ont est le 3 Décembre jai pas de toile encore fke cest la derniere année avec eux pour moi ! cest sure !

They stay long before installing the shelter after we pay the rent , they install it after two storms and They did it during my absence they put broken material as a door to close it from both sides , and I cant close the shelter , the snow will come inside , just horrible Iam 65 and they expect me to rectify it , what a shame !

Pour commencer la structure a été installée dans lallée de garage… de mon voisin!! Quand je lai signalé, on ne savait quand om viendrait rectifier. Ja,i dû déplacer la structure moi-même avec laide de mon voisin (Jai 83 ans et de sérieux maux de dos!!) Le 20 novembre la toile nest pas encore installée. On me réponds que ce sera peut-être (!) pour la semaine prochaine. Bref, un service catastrophique
