We have stayed at this hotel many times and found all the staff, including the manager to be very professional and friendly. Aside from the very clean rooms, the staff is why we return. Keep up the good work ladies and we will see you after break-up!
Cancelled our room at least 4 months ago but the still charged my credit card . They will not give us our money back. The manager will very hard headed and would not realize that there staff could have made
a mistake.
After looking into the situation further, we found that there were
errors on behalf of both parties, therefore we happy refunded his money to
his credit card.

Extraordinary Week
Spending a week in this Inn, I greatly appreciated the little things that other name brand chains seem to miss.
Starting with the great room lay outs; mine included a couch, lounger, desk, comfortable king size bed with six pillows!, 32" LCD, dresser and great bathroom as well as a fridge (noting it did lack a freezer), and micro.
The tub is one with a large depth and comfortable back rest. The internet is reasonably fast and works well with my Apple TV, able to stream video. Plenty of plugins. That is a problem I tend to find when on an extended stay.
Down to the small things; the tissue paper is actual klinex! as opposed to the near useless dry, annoying sand paper type. The soaps and lotions are also all Bath and Body Works which I was highly impressed with
Great breakfast and great people.
Definitely would recommend this hotel.
